- Sensory Rest (smells, sounds, lights etc)

- Devotional practices
This content will be delivered in:
- A comprehensive 65+ page downloadable and printable guide book with recipes and other instructions and information.
- 3x 45min LIVE devotional sessions via ZOOM (early morning in Australia, late evening in Europe). One for each day of the course. These will be recorded.
- An online platform with on-demand practices including somatic exercise classes, devotional practices and guided meditations.
